Acceptance
By using Padel Citizen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use means you accept the changes.
Use of Service
Padel Citizen helps your crew organize padel nights inside WhatsApp. You agree to use it for its intended purpose, to follow applicable laws, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Pilot Status & Changes
Padel Citizen is currently in pilot. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service during this period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Citizen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is offered without warranties of any kind during the pilot.
