Your information is used to operate the service: organizing padel nights, scoring matches, sending poll prompts, and improving how the engine balances games. We do not sell your personal data.

Padel Citizen runs inside WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party. Messages you send and receive are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices. We share only what is necessary with the service providers that help us deliver messages and host the product.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. During the pilot, data may be retained to evaluate and improve the product. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
